By accessing or using ProPunch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using ProPunch on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
ProPunch is a cloud-based construction punchlist management platform. We provide tools for creating and managing checklists, documenting work with photos and voice notes, tracking project progress, and generating reports. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis during the beta period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Organization admins are responsible for managing user access and roles within their organization. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ProPunch, including photos, notes, and project data. We do not claim ownership of your content. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform.
You agree to use ProPunch only for its intended purpose of construction project management. You may not use the platform to store or transmit malicious content, violate any laws, or infringe on the rights of others.
During the beta period, the service may contain bugs and is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee uptime or data preservation during the beta period, though we make reasonable efforts to protect your data. The beta program is provided free of charge.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProPunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
